Forex Trading, simply means trading that is buying or selling different Foreign Exchange Currencies based on International market, to make some money. The income is totally based on changes that are made to convert like from USD to EUR. The rates for 1 USD to EUR or vice-versa, not remains the same all time. They vary according-wise. So, here comes the profit, as the exchange rates vary. This is Forex Trading.
In forex, fluctuation occurs due to different geopolitical, industrial and economic factors. Rates are allways within pairs, like USD/INR; nothing before states value of 1 USD in INR which is around 44. So in 1 USD you can buy 44 INR's. Now suddenly the rate has increased from 44 to 54. It means now for 1 USD you can buy 54 INR's. So this is the time to sell your USD's to make some profit. This is it. So not only a chance for vast win, but also for vast amount of loss.
Forex is not the worlds biggest platform for trading. Around 3.4 trillion USD's are circulating in the world now. It is considered to be the next step for experienced traders, who now don't want to pay anything to the brokers:
